Parque Sarmiento is where all the contests occur. Admission is 3 pesos for the whole day. On the weekends one can witness flatland action going down in the deserted intersection of Amenabar and Jorge Newbery Streets. You can also go over to the Costa Salguiero parkinglot. It never snows there, but it gets hot and humid.
